What kind of warranty do you offer?

All Elm homes are covered by Alberta’s New Home Warranty Program, which includes one year on materials and labor, two years on systems, five years on building envelope, and ten years on structural components.

What happens after I move in?

We provide a dedicated post-occupancy support period to address any issues and ensure your home performs as it should. You’ll also receive a detailed homeowner guide for maintenance.
